All participants interested in taking part in Pluris2024<\/strong> must register for the congress by filling in the registration form. Once you have completed your registration process, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process has been completed successfully.

When you register for the first time, you will create your personal login and password. After that, you can register and add services as many times as you like.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each registration as an Author allows the presentation of communication\/s (oral and\/or poster) as identified for each type of registration, as long as you are the author\/co-author of the communication\/s. The registration fee includes electronic proceedings, certificate of participation, presentation certificate (whenever you make an oral or poster presentation), coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail and conference dinner and conference support material (bag, badge, etc.).<\/p>\n

*The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the congress cocktail and dinner.<\/p>\n

  • Payment is available by credit card and bank transfer.<\/li>\n
  • Credit card: payment is automatic via an online platform on a secure server.<\/li>\n
  • For security reasons, under no circumstances should credit card details be sent by e-mail.<\/li>\n
  • Bank transfer: In addition to the registration fees, participants must pay bank charges.<\/li>\n
  • For each registration made and payment selected by bank transfer, you will receive an automatic proforma invoice.<\/li>\n
  • Invoices with an address in the European Union must be supplied with a VAT number.<\/li>\n
  • The billing address and VAT number can only be configured during the registration process.<\/li>\n

    Proof of registration for Students<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

    For registration at the Student rate, proof must be provided by means of a document issued by the respective Higher Education Institution: Undergraduate or Postgraduate Course\/Program, School, Faculty or University, for the year 2024.<\/p>\n

    The document must be added to the relevant online application form after selecting the student fee.<\/p>\n


    Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    For registrations from authors with associated work, whether professional or student, no cancellations will be accepted and no refund of payment will be made.to.<\/p>\n
